I just discovered the most amazing thing EVER!
Being a lover of cow's milk and learning I had lactose intolerance was very difficult. I had no hope that I would ever find anything that even compared to my beloved cow's milk. I tried rice milk: ICK! Flavoured water if you ask me. I tried soy milk: Soy=beans=gas, no thanks! ...Then I found Lucerne's Lactose Reduced Partly Skimmed 2% Milk, and I L-O-V-E IT! It's 99% lactose reduced (compared to regular partly skimmed milk), which for me means NO nasty side effects! Sorry to sound like an infomercial, but seriously, you gotta try it! I found it @ my local Safeway store, and it was about $2 for 1L. But that's not all! It actually tastes GOOD, better than regular 2% even. Just a bit sweeter, I think. GO! GET IT! NOW!!! |

That's what we use and we even use it to make ice cream and pudding! My husband even like it and now we just buy 2% Lactose Free milk (Fred Meyer's & Albertson's make the same thing) and they are great!
