I have been shoplifting on and off since five years old. I haven't shoplifted much in the last five years, but lately I have been everytime I go to a store. I see something I want and take it. Many times I cant leave a store until I have found something I want to steal. I do it with my kids in the cart, alone, or even with family members. They never notice but I know its wrong and I need to stop...I just dont know how.

I can relate to you on this one. i have shoplifted since i was 3 years old when my first theft was a barbie doll from a pharmacy. i didnt know it would grow into a potential habit, although i haven't done it in ages, i still do it when i see something i really really want. But the funny thing is, i do it when i have money in my pocket, when im at the store buying things, i steal something anyways. i think i just get a rush from it, something i can get away with i guess. i have never had anyone to relate to about this...ever!
