repeat lithotripsy

Does anyone know how soon you can have a repeat lithotripsy? I had one on june 10th( my 9th in 16yrs) and the doctor said i have to wait a month. but he knows i have a big one in the other kidney, and i fear that how i feel it is beginning to block off again and i'm scared and don't know what to do. the doc has been giving me the brush off lately. i think he's too busy and this last one developed hyronephrosis. what should i do? anyone?
