So I got some test results back and one of them was low citric acid in my urine. ( I did a 24 urine test) Anyone have the same test?? What was your outcome? Did it mean kidney stones? help.....

" I had the same test and the same results. Low citrate levels. My doctor put me on 1080 mg of potassium citrate to take twice a day. If that didn't agree with my stomach then I was to start drinking lemonade. This is supposed to help keep me from getting them. I try to also drink lots of water as well. I hardly ever drink water. Just didn't feel thirsty, since I started making myself do it, I have noticed that I don't have as much backaches as I usually did. Hope that this helps.
