i used to take bio 3 like even twenty t-bags a day, you will say this is crazy but yes i used to do that, sometimes all in one cup. i read that abuse of laxative can lead to constipation, i quite with the habit of taking bio 3 , i am afraid i am the culprit and have damaged my gut that led to ibs c but also i had a lot of stress back then, and before ibs c iused to have occasional bouts of ibs d

hey there, im not sure if laxative use leads to constipation, but using laxatives to much can weaken the digestive system..look up a search site to see if you can find any medical reports or anything on the over use of laxative being linked to constipation.
