" If your Hemrrhoids are external, there is a rubber band procedure where the Dr. can do this in the office. I had surgery for internal hemrrhoids and even if they return and I have to carry them off in a wheel barrel, I will not haves surgery again. Warm sitz baths are soothing. Good luck.

" The bleeding is problematic. Your doc needs to evaluate that. If ya'll decide to do nothing you could try this soothing wipe recipe: 8 oz bottle witch hazel, 5 drops Cypress essential oil, 5 drops Lavender essential oil, 1-2 Tbl. Aloe vera. Stir this all together. I pour it over a container of generic wipes like Tucs. Best if refrigerated. These are more sooting than plain witch hazel. Use these same essential oils in the sitz.
As for Prep-H, save your $$. Get a generic brand of hydrocortisone ointment--highest you can buy over the counter. Schlep it all over those babies. After the sitz is good. Spend as much time as you can with your head down and feet up. If you have to sit, get a donut. Get some old lady 100% cotton undies (roomy). Best of luck. Should take about a week to feel better. If not, see doc. Oh, don't sit on concrete. "

" I ordered some ointment online called Neo healar. It has has all natural ingredients and helps soothe them. The otc stuff never worked for me. I heard the surgery is really painful. "
