Hi All, well i have had a lot of trouble in the past with IBS - lately i am a lot better, more exercise and better eating has helped a lot to keep bloating down. By 'better eating' i mean not eating too much which i used to do, drnking less alcohol if any at all and less fatty foods such as take away. Also, the best thing i have found for pain and to make my bowel more regular is Metamucil. I have one glass a night before bed or any other time that i have stomach pain i have a Metamucil and it helps almost instantly. I hope this helps some of you as i know how you feel:)

" When I"m using psyllium (I"m not right now) I like straight psyllium rather than Metamucil. "
