pls help am have bad flare ups all time bloated tummy trapped gas and pains all time will they help??

many soy milks contain acidophilus cultures as well. If you get the liquid live cultures like in yogurt it will upset your stomach less as it doesn't have to work on breaking down a pill form and the freeze dried stuff doesn't ever seam to work as well for me. The probiotic tabs I take as needed have been the most helpful for me. I'd avoid vegetables with long grainy fibers in them like asparagus and celery as it is hard for your body to break it down as much without some of it sticking for a long time which can cause some constipation and other pain. Brocoli crowns are good but not the stocks but for many people the crowns cause excessive gas and cause pain in that respect.
I'm not sure if "Bobs Red Mill" brand cereals and foods are sold out there or not but there is multigrain hot cereal which is finely ground and contains 7 different grainsthat are high in fiber and helped my stbx with hers as she had it really bad. It was like a bowl of oatmeal that she would make each day and it tasted better than just a normal oatmeal and she would also add a teaspoon of powedered cinnamon to the top of it without any sugar and the cinnamon is also supposed to be very helpful for the immune system and gave it a little more flavor at the same time. hi scarlett, i just joined this group because i wanted to write to you, i saw your mail while i was looking up acidophilus.like yourself i have been to the point of feeling so low and depressed with my bloated stomach. its been like this for 3-4 years. the doctors give me mebeverine and peppermint tablets to take 3 times a day. yes this helped with the pain but not the bloating. i looked about 5 months pregnant cant do up any trousers, totally got me down as i work hard a th the gym. just wanted to tell you i have for the last 2 weeks been taking acidopilus and ginger tablets. i have changed my bread to wheat and gluten free....and guess what? i have a flat stomach...the bloating is gone.i feeel like i am reborn. hope this helps ..let me know how you get onxxx

I also went gluten-free after having a chronically bloated belly, and it all disappeared once I did that. It's a big change, but you might start with avoiding very wheaty things, like bread, pasta, and baked goods. That in itself could make a huge difference.
