I have so the doctors say IBS. Would the YorkTest be worth having done.

" I have had it done twice, found it really helpful, its very expensive though. I had the full one done, I couldnt see the point of having the smaller one done. Mum has had one done twice as well. It was helpful to her as well.

" It was over about 8 years. I wanted to know if things had improved and if I was still allergic to the same things. That must have been over 5 or 6 years ago. I have been better since. I had to be careful with quite a few things. I wasnt allergic to dairy but I cant have too much of it. Most foods are in the smaller list but I had the big one done. The second time I think I just had the smaller one done. I have'nt had one since then. "

" No you cant get it on the NHS, I suppose its even more money now than it was when I had it done.I dont feel that the drs have much faith in these kind of things. It would be better than nothing if you had the smaller test done ifyou can afford that one.
