Hi guys,
I suffered from a horrible bowel infection 3 days ago which left me doubled over in pain and very short of breath- felt like someone had shot me in the stomach. My back was aching so much too and i felt sick and did throw up. The doctor gave me antispasmodics and after about 8 hours of pain and a nights sleep by taking a sleeping tablet i was ok again but very sore and feel winded. My mum suffers from IBS and so did my Nana. The doctor didn't say IBS just a bowel infection and she thought it could have been food poisoning. My mum thinks it may be IBS because of the similar symptoms that she has with it. The day i got it i had a fishcake and mushy peas from the fish and chip shop which i never do so it may have just been a one of case of food poisoning. I eat bread most days and lots of green veg and dairy products and have never had this problem before so i am hoping it was just a case of food poisoning. I'm thinking that if it was IBS i would have pains everytime i eat dairy/wheat/red meat/tomatoes etc and i don't. I had bad IBS for years. Over the counter ALIGN has normalized me! $30 for 28 pills, one pill per day. It was miraculous. It was advertised on this website, right here. Call around and find a pharmacy that carries it. It takes 3-5 weeks to really work.
