I've suffered with IBS for about three years. I've been to my GP but they don't seem interested. This week has been very bad. I woke up at 6.30am on Saturday with awful stomach pains but I managed to go to the toilet. I don't have bowel movement for at least 7-10 days. I suffer with really bad gas and at the moment I feel very tired. I'm drinking plenty of water but don't know what else to do. Feel like i'm banging my head against a brick wall!

most of the time i must take laxatives otherwise i won't have a bm, some tell me it could be bowel obstrutction so i am going to the dr again

i was the same.. i now take movical powders from phamacy its great stuff u will go every day.
