Hi, i know this sounds horrible, but does anyone else get this mucus stuff coming out of there bowels, after a bad ibs blow out!!! sorry sounds so vile x

There's mucus in my stools just about every time I go. I also have a brownish film that comes out with it. All part of IBS. The mucus ranges from clumpy, to a thin coating.

My doctor said that the mucus come from your bowels spasming. She prescribed me Hyomax (an antispasmodic) and it's sort of working.
I was totally thinking hemorrhoids or something awful too... lol :-)
