This test can be done by anyone at home. Basically you spit into a glass of bottled water in the morning and wait for a pattern to appear in the water. No pattern => no candida. |

i did it and my water was cloudy and had floating bits so what no help

Scarlett, if you have candida then you need to take some medicine to fix it. Once it's fixed then you can work on your IBS problems.

I am constantly getting candida and I use Nystatin swish and swallow. I'm hoping now that I am off the heavy duty anti-biotics I will get rid of it and it won't occur so often.

Antibiotics caused my candida. Other drugs couldn't get rid of it so I drank even more water than usual, eliminated alot of sugar and other yeast producers in my diet, and finally, a cup of vinegar in my bath water, got rid of all the symtoms, very quickly.
