Trying using some ice... use an ice back.. put it exactly where it hurts.

I have located one food that will absolutely make it worse for me and it is celery. Try to avoid it for a while and see if that helps?

I am sorry your experience all these symptoms. What your experiencing love is possible bladder discomfort, vulvodynia which means pain that can extend from the clitoris to the vaginal opening and create some irritation and sorness, also the pain you feel in your buttocks can be due to your levator ani muscle.

Hi Sara,

I use ice every day for burning in that area. I also have vulvodynia. I switch off ocassionally and use heat too. I hope this helps you. Please keep us posted. I hope you feel better soon!
