Grapefruit?

I randomly decided that I would start eating grapefruit because I learned that once eaten it becomes alkaline in the body.

So I eat it once a week. I feel like I'm doing better. Has anyone else had similar experiences?

I wonder if I'm psyching myself out or it actually is helpful.

Any comments?
