I have started a blog to write about my journey and experience with IC... If anyone would like to share anything on my blog or just view it let me know!

I would like to thank Gloria (ICish) for all the help she has offered me! She has not only been such an inspiration to me she has offered helpful hints and tricks when it comes to IC and she has also helped me to get this blog up and running! Thank you so much!!

I wish you all the best and hope you have a pain free day tomorrow!!
