Have digestive issues? Allergies? Intolerances?
Me too. As we know, having dietary restrictions makes all the affairs of living more complicated. Grocery shopping is more expensive. Going out to eat becomes a chore. Parties and potlucks are like obstacle courses. Traveling becomes stressful. You need to learn an entirely new way of cooking. And preparing food starts eating up your free time (no pun intended).

Yes, it can be frustrating, isolating, and downright time consuming. Especially if you don't feel well, have some healing to do, and feel a little overwhelmed.

You've come to the right place! Here you'll find delicious, wholesome, and easy recipes that currently follow these restrictions:
*Gluten free
*Soy free
*Corn free
*Egg free

*Yeast free
*Sugar free
*Peanut free
*Potato free
*Citrus free
*Tomato free

Most recipes are also:
*Dairy free
*Tree nut free
*Vegan or vegetarian
*Low glycemic
*Candida Albicans/yeast overgrowth-friendly

Recipes are centered around vegetables, legumes, whole grains, healthy fats, and responsibly raised meats and seafood. I avoid using binders, additives, and processed foods, and do not use any refined sugars. Recipes can be easily modified to fit your needs.

You can't really mess these recipes up, so don't worry! You'll also find information on natural healing, healthy living, and helpful resources. By making mindful food choices and lifestyle modifications, you can heal from the inside out. So take control of your health. Follow your intuition. Have fun. And best of all, live well and eat freely

" How can you afford to eat like this? I know that it is a much better diet, but I do it for a few weeks then find I have to start buying lower grade foods because I have empty my bank account. Then when I get money again I buy healthy food again. :(

So I go back and forth between good for you, organic foods, and things there's no way in hell I should be eating, because it's cheaper to make pasta, starchy foods and potatoes.

I wish there were financial assistance for us. "
