I was talking to someone about a DVD for pelvic floor dysfuntion and I don't remember who it was. But I was wondering where I can get that DVD?

Tori I believe the DVD you want is called Pelvic Power by Eric Franklin if you buy it through Amazon your can get for under $ 15 dollars.
There is another one "Exercises for the Pelvic Floor DVD" you use the ball during many of the exercises this DVD is about $26 good luck
