I was surprised to find that this issue is so common that there are podcasts on itunes on this addiction both for those wanting to recover and also for their significant others. Many are free but are also advertising their programs-but still a lot of helpful info. Candeo is one that has several.

Go to itunes store look for podcasts link near top of screen. In search type candeo and then you should see a couple of choices. click on the first one and a menu of all the choices will appear.
