I'm not sure how long you have been struggling with insomnia but I have been since I was younger. I've tried a lot of stuff and it either got me hooked or didn't work at all. Or very strange reactions.
Try Melatonin. It's natural and totally doesnt get you hooked! If it doesn't work you can always take Ambien or whatever else you take and you're perfectly fine! It's over the counter too. Seriously, this really worked for me!
