Try Melatonin, get it at any store in the vitamin section. I have had sllep problems from severe to a little less but this is working for me again. It comes in 3-5 mg. I take a 3 mg half an hour before bed. This is a natural product that our bodies make anyway. Sometimes we just get low or depleted in our systems for whatever reasons. Good luck.

its so frusterating, i know. I've had insomnia since I was 8 and the stupid doctors won't give me anything that really works. Every night just tossing and turning, watching the clock. Its misery. im sorry. I go through the same thing every night.

I seriously agree with the Melatonin idea. I've been struggling with this forever and this stuff totally changed my life. I take 5mg.

I've had insomnia for as long as I was a baby, so for the most part, I've gotten used to it. But it still sucks sometimes.
How do I know that I've had it since I was a baby, one thing my mom told me...was, "we were LUCKY if you slept 6 hours a night." I wouldn't be sleeping, but I wasn't cry. So, I was awake, just awake. lol

Ugghh... I suffer from this as well... I have anxiety and depression, so my mind is continuosly racing.
