I've lost the will to sleep. It almost seems too much trouble if that makes any sense. I haven't been well (recovering now though), I've an issue I don't know how to solve and it's getting too much. At the same time I'm too tired to think straight. I prayed with someone about it in church this morning but it feels as if I don't want tomorrow to come. I see the doctor tomorrow.

Have you tried sleeping in the living room and not the bedroom?

I've certainly fallen asleep in the chair before but not deliberately and never all night.

Sorry, thinking about it, it's not totally true. I've taken the occasional nap on purpose but never all night.

" have you ever tried muscle relaxation therapy? you tense up each part of your body starting with your head (or toes) Tense them for ten seconds...then release... do each part of your body and if you still feel tense try again. Another helpful thing for me is to imagine a rainbow and go through each color in my head slowly and when i get to purple i feel much better. Remember just breath... all in all that's the only thing you need to do in this moment. One more thing that has helped me is to repeat to myself "My Mind is not my Body" sounds silly but it works for me! GOOD LUCK and SWEET DREAMS!!!!!!!!! "
