Hey Cat,
Sorry it's taken me so long to respond! I'm with a company that, in a nutshell, helps create materials for clinical trials. This survey, however, doesn't sign anyone up for any trial, nor does it sell any specific or contact information to any third parties! The sleep study that I'm doing this 'pre-research' for isn't underway quite yet. Ashley
