" I take valarian root along with Benadryl and melatonin for sleep and find they help to a degree.

The thing that's helped me the most with my insomnia is acupuncture. My insurance benefits are about up so I bought a book on acupressure and am doing that every day. Has really made a difference in helping to calm my nervous system down so I can sleep. I posted some links on it if you're interested. "
