How do you guys use this? I just bought some in an essential-oil form. I hear it is beneficial for several reasons, insomnia being one of them.

" Buy a diffuser. For about $9.99 or less at AC Moore and other stores. Some people melt wax in the top "bowl" and others burn essential oils (like me). The tea light is lit beneath and it smells so nice - I am using it lately to help aid relaxation in the evenings. "

" I put about 12 drops in a little spray bottle with half olive oil and half water. Then I spray it on my hands and neck before going to bed. It's refreshing to breathe while trying to get to sleep. It's a natural moisturizer too. "
