" Ribose doesn't help with insomnia. D-ribose is a simple sugar your body produces naturally.

When your body is under stress, it burns a huge amount of ribose. After the stressful event you may not have enough ribose to function properly. Supplementing with ribose is meant to help you re-energize.

What you are re-energizing is called ATP.

When you are energized, you go and exercise to burn that ATP molecule.

When you burn that ATP molecule, then you can sleep better.

Havent you ever heard that you need to exercise to sleep better? Well, that's why. "
