The inhalent abuse obviously is age discriminate.. What advice is there for someone my age who has tried rehab an prayer and all and is feeling very bad right now. I relapsed again after 5 yeears

I am so sorry to hear this news! I am 37 and sturggle with this very issue. I am, however, so inspired to hear that you did put together 5 years! That is highly impressive, and certainly not to be taken lightly. Five years is a hell of a lot of momentum and sober reference that will clearly serve you well as you dust yourself off and head back into recovery. You have shown that you CAN do it. And I believe you WILL do it again!

Thanks for the response. Now back to 5 days clean I rember that the human contact of support is what kept me clean. I am praying that this time it is forever. I am praying for you also and hope you are doing well
