I went running and after about 20 minutes collapsed and all I could taste was glue which was crazy because I had no glue near me. Since then I've had what happened explained to me. I get images in my mind of slimy layers of glue stuck to the hairs inside my lungs..I want to start walking regularily to try break it down off my lungs. I go gymnastics and muscle work in my room. What other things can I do? I don't want this glue in me. What kinda stuff does everyone else do?

a lot of hot baths, sitting in steam or sauna to let the warmth break everything down. Loads of teas, anything warm. You are so right about physical movement being a terrific antidote. Deep breathingnto help the cells oxygenate and rejuvenate. Aromatherapy. These are some things I have found helpful.
