" It is so good to hear you want help. I just discovered my 13 year old has been doing this as well. I got him into therapy immediately. The first step would be telling your parents or someone you trust. I know this will be very hard but trust me, it will help. These inhalants are destroying your body and mind and will be very hard to quit on your own. Start with telling your parents or another adult you trust. There is alot of resources out there to help you get through this...You can do it! I believe in you! "
