Itchy red cheeks and swallen underneath my eyes!

I woke up and my underneath my eyes were swelled up and my face so so itchy and dry. I put moisturiser on it but now its flamed up and is red, its still so itcy. My eyes are the wrost. I sniffed glue last night and the night before and during the day two days before that..help!
