Short of it my H and I are back together after a 2 month split so he could have his bachelor life w the neighbor.... He got all the fun and his wife back. I got the hurt and confusion.

Is there any books someone could recommend that may help me heal. ALL suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank u in advance. (-:

" All of the books that were previously recommended are good.
For fixing what was wrong that lead to the affair, you might try "Getting the Love You Want" by Harville Hendrix. It will teach you how to communicate. Also, you might take a look at www.LightYourFire.com by Dr. Ellen Kreidman. Her CD series is the bible on how to behave in a relationship. "

" I have also read After The Affair and How Can I Forgive You. They were very helpful and even had portions I had WS read to understand my feelings/reactions better.
Has your neighbor moved away? Good luck on recovery. "

" sHEbeLIEveD: we moved away from her to another town nearby. She is out of the picture, but now lucky me more neighbor troubles. It seems down the hall from us one of his friends hangs all the time with hooches in/out all day long. I'm ready to walk away for good. I hate people I can't trust, but I didn't get married to get divorced and he's willing therapy now. That's why these books are very important right now, it's my last ditch effort before saying: I can't deal with hurting anymore. This is your mess I didn't make, yet I reap the punishments for. Let me have my life back and find someone willing to appreciate someone who will give their all to them for. "

" I haven't read this one but I've been to her website and the articles are very helpful. I think the website is beyondaffairs.com and her book is my husbands affair was the best thing to ever happen to me or something like that. "
