So monday (13 dpo) my hcg was 10.2. Then wednesday (15dpo) I was 17. A 70% increase. The RE told me it was a chemical pregnancy and i should stop taking my meds, but they left it up to me and said I could retest friday. So after much debate with DH I decided to retest for my own peace of mind. Well, the level is still low at 41 but thats a 141% increase and the RE says stay on the meds, maybe something is happening. So I'm not out of the woods and wont have a definitive answer until the ultrasound but I'm still in the game. Next beta on tuesday.

Ok, my hcg level was 210 today so it is still doubling at around 40hrs. No more beta's. Just another 2ww for my ultrasound. I am scheduled for 11/24. I will be 7 weeks that day so we should see a heartbeat. Keeping my fingers crossed.

A bit worried today. I'm 5w 5d today and I started spotting this morning. It's brown and it is not enough to stain my underwear. I had some very very mild cramping this morning. I'm gonna call the RE tomorrow to see what they think but right now I'm a nervous wreck!!

Don't give up hope. I had two days of bleeding and thought I had a m/c. I went in on Thurs and got to see the sac with a pole measuring 5w 2d. My prayers are with you.

Well, I'm not spotting anymore. The RE said to just take it easy and call if it happens again. I often wonder if they are being to lax about the whole thing. I know my RE doesn't think that this pregnancy is going to be successful but we have decided to see it through to the US. I believe that I am just one of those women that have low HCG. GRRR!! I'm almost more frustrated than I was yesterday.
