So my nephew's bday party is sat. My sister's sister-in-law and I found out we were preg the same week back in may. (mine was ivf and I misscarried) she is still preg. This will be the first time I see her since then and Im freaking out over how I will deal with it. I want to enjoy my nephews big day, but I am afraid il be in the bathroom crying the whole time. Please help

As terrible as this may sound, you should give yourself permission not to go to the party. I recently had to skip a baby shower because I just could not face it.
If you feel like you have to go, give yourself permission to be upset. It's natural. Just try to avoid anyone who is pregnant and remove yourself from the room whenever anyone starts talking about babies and kids. Stay strong!
