I start Lupron on 11/3 so I am a bit behind you on this ride but on it nonetheless.

I start Lupron tomorrow 5th Nov.

I just finished 2 weeks of bcp and go for ultrasound and bw on saturday and hopefully start stims on sunday if I start my period by saturday. I am looking at ER and ET maybe the week of thanksgiving or a little before.

Started Luprolide on the 5th, all is going well, just one quarter sized bruise, the rest no mark.

My husband is doing the shots after I load the syringe, while i concentrate on breathing and close my eyes.
I'll surely get used to it soon.
It's not nearly as awful as I had though it would be, infact it's physically a thing of nothing.

I hope this our frist infertility treatment will at least help the Drs discover something else about me that will take us to a new high of hopefulness. And at best be a success.

I suddenly felt all okay about doing IVF on the second day of the shots, it was a nice feeling of peace with our decision to go forward with IVF, and I'm hanging on to that feeling so far.

Went to a fertility conference in MA yesterday, and we both learned a lot about IVF and infertility in class type settings, while we also got to mingle with others going through similar things.
Randomly I sat down at a lunch table with the woman from the pharmacy who i email with questions about the drugs.
She's even nicer in person!
