AAAHHH....AF!

AF started today (4 days before we thought it would) so I am hoping that this will speed things up with our IFV journey. I am nervous and excited all at the same time! The funny thing is (to me, anyway), this whole process has been/will be a hurry up and wait. Our initial appointment was supposed to be in March, but it got moved to May (2 months later). Then we have to wait until July to do our egg retrival (2 months from our appointment), then a three day wait to see how many embryos that we have and then decide if we want to do another egg retrival or go ahead with the transfer which will be scheduled for either Septmeber or October (2-3 month wait). Then the dreaded TWW! God is definitely teaching me a lesson in patience! Ugh! I am sure that you all can understand my frustration with wanting things to happen NOW!
Ok, sorry for the ramble...guess I am feeling emotional since AF has arrived! Posted on 06/07/12, 08:25 am |

Waiting is the worst, specialy when you've been TTC for years. I know it doesn't help but I tend to think that things happen when they're supposed too. Let's hope September is your month to get pregnant.
Good luck !

Thanks! I agree that waiting is the worst! We have been TTC for two years now and the waiting game just makes me want things right now! :-) good luck with your journey. I agree that things happen when they are supposed to...I just like to have control over that!
