Infertility Support Group

so after my ivf disaster, we decided to move on to donor egg. Found a donor quickly, and were ready to go by October. However, my insurance company suddenly decided to refuse coverage for medications- even though the coverage is mandated under my insurance. After 2 weeks of screaming at various insurance people, I finally received the medications. My re does ivf in "batches", so we had to have our period by a certain date to go forward. I was fine, the donor was not.... turns out, the donor has had late periods 3 times in the last year. The agency neglected to mention this on the health info that we reveiwed prior to our selection- of course, now that they have close to $20,000.....
We re-scheduled for late November, and I finally had some peace of mind- then, on the first night that i am due to begin injections, the agency calls to say that the donor is not available (they somehow forgot about that- even though she told them from the beginning). So i basically went through over a week of believing that things were finally ok, only to have it called off....
To make things worse, one of my friends just found out that she has an unexpected pregnancy- and she has made an appointment for an abortion.....please send some positive words my way...
