First u/s after positive betas

I had my first u/s a few days ago (7.7 wks). The fetal pole measured at 14.4mm and heart rate was 152 bpm.
I still cannot believe it. It's been such a struggle that it's hard to believe that I'm finally pregnant! Of course, just to keep me nervous and scared, I started spotting yesterday. It seems to have gone away today, I hope it stays away. I also had spotting before my first positive beta. I feel very grateful for you ladies on this forum who support me through hard times. I have both endo and fibroids, so there's hope out there for the likes of us! Posted on 11/02/09, 09:11 am |

That is really great news. I will pray for the rest of the pregnancy to go well. Spotting in early pregnancy is very common, but understandably scary.

I myself started spotting around the same time as you did. I can remember the fear, I rushed 2 the Dr each time which they reassured me that it was normal for me 2 do this. I spotted sometimes a little heavy until I was 12 weeks on and off. After that there was no more. My daughter is now almost 2, I keep coming back 2 this site just 2 give advise as I did IVF 2 have her.
