This is just torture. They say after your transfer you're supposed to take it easy and relax for several days. OK, but this is day 2 and the things I want to do I can't so I sit and watch tv and play on the computer. Yesterday I watched a bunch of good movies and ran one errand to get out of the house. Today, I'm trying to take it easy but now I've come across the damn TLC channel with all the baby shows. I know I"m just torturing myself but I just can't help it. The waiting just sucks!!
The lag time to sit around and just let your mind go places you shouldn't let it...ARGH! My husband and friends are working so I don't have that escape until later tonight... I'm just frustrated and getting inpatient. I don't have any cramping or spotting which also making my brain go skitzo wondering what that all means. Is it good is it bad? I think I"m losing it.... After my transfer I watched those damn TLC baby shows! Flip the channel. An infomercial would be better right now! I think it might be too soon to feel anything. I'm sending you good thoughts and keeping you in my prayers! STAY CALM AND CHANGE THE CHANNEL!!! haha

Hi,
I had my 14 eggs retrieved on monday this week, and only 1 fertilized which was very disappointing. I was gutted and not feeling so great on Tuesday. But I got the call on wednesday that it had divided so they wanted to do the transfer on Wednesday. When I got there they showed my the egg, and it had divided into a perfect 4 cell with no fragmentation. As there are no other Eggs to transfer there was little point watching it divide further so they did a 2 day transfer of a 4-cell. Today is my 2dpt and 4dpo I think???!!!!! Starting to feel more like my old self although I am taking things easy and watching Wimbledon right down!!!!! I have got quite sore BB's and a little cramping???? Be good to share this journey with you. Martine

Hi I"m new to the group. This is my first IVF hubby and I did 4 IUI's no success. This is the second day for me and I am trying to stay busy. Being at home is ok. I've gotten the chance to work on my new business so that helps. I am trying not to worry about every little twinge. It's very hard! UGH

Those TLC shows are all I watched too!!! Whatever you do, stay away from MTV's 16 and Pregnant. That's the only one that truly made me sad. STay positive!!!! :)

I didnt mind the TLC shows... I am a big visualization freak, so I imagined it could be me delivering the baby...:D (minus all the medical emergencies of course!!).
Definitely stay away from any pregnant and doing crazy things show, those only made me really mad!
