Ok...I'm getting a little worried here:
I started Lupron 1 1/2 wks ago for our FET that is scheduled on 6/19...well, sometime on Saturday while I was working in the yard, I was bit on the collar bone by a spider. I'm not exactly sure what kind of spider because I didn't really notice it until Sunday morning when I woke up...problem is, I think it was a brown recluse from the way the spot looks. It now looks like a little kid came a slapped me open handed as hard as possible on my chest, and the bite itself is raised, with a pussy center. I'm going to the RE's office tomorrow for baseline b/w and u/s, but I'm not freaking out that I'm going to have to take meds for this friggin' bite...has anyone ever heard of this, or been bitten by a venomous spider before?????

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
Either way, keep a close eye on it. If the doctor thinks it is nothing and does not treat you and then you feel sick in the near future, get checked for Lyme. Just my advice. Better safe then sorry.

p.s. - I am all itchy now from looking at the spider bite pictures on line :-/
Have a dr or rn take a look at it, could be spider could be ingron hair (raised folical with pussy center) if you didn't catch the spider in th act. Either way don't panic yet, I freaked out becasue I got a miserable cold during my FET and was concerned about taking stuff, I was told anything I needed to take to get better was fine for now, that it was the post ET I needed to be careful.
