i take 2mg tablets 2xs a day.
Why when I look up side effects it says could cause harm to unborn fetus, should not take in early pregnancy. umm... I could be pregnant. this doesnt make sence to me? Posted on 04/04/08, 09:04 pm |

Right now I take 1mg once a day to help build my uterine lining. I'm in the 2WW. Don't know if this helps you.

I am close to 8 weeks pg and still taking estridol!!! My doctor said I should only be on it for another week or 2!! BUT, that's very interesting....

I read that too, kinda scary....I'm on Estradiol Injections. Scary!! but, maybe there has to be a certain amount in your bloodstream. Our docs are making us take it to try and get us pg, and what's the point if it will cause harm? You know? Its got to be ok

I take estrace 3mg 2X a day. My RE said it is because we manipulate our hormones in this process and they need to be sure our body has the amount needed in early pregnancy. I am sure they would not give it to us if it was not to help.

Yeah, I'm taking 2mg 1xday. I also noticed that on the label and wondered, but I trust my RE. I figure Lioness is right about with what she said.
