ok so we all know the age old "saliva hampers sperm quality" but i am sure I am not the only one who needs foreplay to get turned on and down to baby dancing. Does anyone have advice or other suggestions to get the heat going and the blood flowing when baby dancing that does not involve oral sex? I have enough going against me I don't need to be lowering my chances any more than they already are... any advice is appreciated

Gl with that. We hated that kind of sex. Nipple action and hands? Best advice or maybe some kind of toys. But really think about it the average couple will prob have oral and still get pregnant. We are faced with these facts because of IF so it makes us more nervous. I dont wanna be to graphic on here but i am sure there r ways around oral sex that would work.
I watched a video on sperm the other day and it said the more men are turned on the better his sperm will be.
