i had an iui on a monday; by that following weekend, i was very tired and had a very sore back. i tested on tuesday (a week later) and got a negative, 2 days later on thursday it was positive. but some women never have symptoms, including a missing period. everybody and every body is different.

Some feel a difference from the moment of conception, since the egg excretes hormones from the moment the sperm releases its chromosomes. But most are not that sensitive to hormonal change most I have known say that syptoms appeared from two days before and after their period is due. Some don't feel symtoms until the sixth week of pregnancy.

I didn't feel any different. I had period like pains with no period. It wasn't till I found out that I was pregnant that my boobs started getting extra sore.
