Help me...my RE doesn't feel it makes a difference to use either of these after tranfer but the embryologist feels there is a 1% higher pregnancy rate with PIO. My husband is a wimp when it comes to giving me the shot so then I have to find someone everyday to do it for me, actually that is more of a PITA then getting the PIO.lol sorry so long do you think it is worth the 1% increase???

my Re does not think there is any difference either. I do vaginal ovules ENDOMETRIN 3 times a day. If it was a diffrence everybody would do PIO.
Go with whatever you prefer.

My RE believes that the suppository's are better! I think it is just a preference so choose the one that is best for you and your DH,

i took both as well both at night.... i just stopped taking them at 12 weeks of being pregnant.... every re is different.... i would just go with what he tells you they usually know whats best.... GL

My doctor told me to switch to the cream since he said I will get very sore. I asked him what is better. He said the shot it the best however thre is not really a difference. I was worried, but I changed. I think my headaches have been worse with the cream therefore I am changing back to the shot. I really don't think it makes much of a difference. I did some research since I was a bit concerned and nothing came up negative at all.
