My therapist gave me a great quote - she has given it to me before - and I blogged about it today.
"It is easier to be a devil among angels, than an angel among devils." I know it sounds weird, but to incest survivors, when put in perspective, I found it very profound. I also was given a video to watch that I think would benefit just about everyone here. I posted a link to it on my blog. It's about shame - and man is there enough of that to go around!!
