One Month on AndroGel

My husband just finished his first month on AndroGel. With the coupon from there site our next month prescription was free. I guess the $175. we payed last month was part of our deductible. I was happy to know we didn't have to pay that ever month.
So here is my update. When he first started taking it it was like a new toy. He was all excited and we had more sex the first two week than we have had in two years. His erection where like that of his youth. I have known him since he was 13. Then I think old habits started back. I think he is in the habit of not having sex. I am also thinking it might be me. In the past before all this started I was always the one that got things started. When he lost his desire I got tired of being told not to touch that. It is hard now for me to think I won't be rejected. I will have to work on getting over this. He is thrilled with the results. He feels better. There is no more hot flashes. A woman hits her sexual peak somewhere between 35 and 40 but a man hits his a 18 and slowly goes down after that. I don't know if thats why your husband is not so interested but it could have something to do with it, especially if nothing else has changed.

About when I hit my peak is when his drive went to 0. I do feel I missed something. He just turn 53 on Monday but this started about 15 years ago. I am 52 and now past my peak too. It just took a very long time before a doctor cared enough to treat his low testosterone.
I should also mention that he had a undescended testicle as a baby and had it removed. I think that is what caused the low testosterone to begin with. Most doctors said one is enough but that was fine when he was younger but not enough when he hit his mid 30's.
