I am a 22 year old male and am having erectile dysfunction difficulties. Recently found my tesosterone leves are Total 323, and free 10.00

I've been kind of searching around and this looks like levels of a sick eighty year old male! Normal tesosterone levels for kids my age are twice as high as this. I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow to discuss the issue hoping to get to the bottom of this. It's bugging me drastically I recently lost a girlfriend over the issue and am really really frustrated and have no sex drive at all even with myself. Hoping I can solve this issue anybody have any knowledge about tesosterone levels and e.d.?

" Wow this sounds just like my problem, where does one go to get his testosterone levels checked? My interest in sex has diminished over the last two years and now I'm worried that I will never be able to be in a successful relationship again. I am interested in finding out what your doctor has to say. ED has been a horrible self esteem killer. It is causing me much depression and anxiety. "

" I just talked about it with my family doctor after getting frustrated enough with the issue. I was also experiencing alot of anxiety/depression issues because of it and it turns out low testosterone levels can cause depression/anxiety also. I have another meeting w/ my Dr. next week to go over my treatment issues and I'm hoping to resolve the problem. Don't wait any longer, talk to your Doctor and get to the bottom of things, e.d. can be a sign of other health problems also so you should get checked up. Good luck! "

" Testosterone usually begins depleting after the age of 30 and this leads to a low sex drive and even erectile dysfunction. But there are ways to boost testosterone naturally. Proper and nutritious diet, regular exercise, adequate sleep can all be steps to enhance testosterone naturally.
Most often drinking alcohol and excessive smoking can also lead to low testosterone levels.
There are some foods that help boost the production of this male hormone. Check this article: http://menandlibido.com/testostero... "

" Good idea to check your level. I'm 56 and had my level checked in September - my score was 263. I have been taking monthly injections since then. I find they greatly improve my mood and slight improvement in my ED. My ED started 5 years ago. I took Viagra for 3 years successfully and switched to Cialis another year. Things has slowly gotten worse. When I take the pills now, the chance of successful intercourse are maybe 25 percent. They just don't work any more. I have talked to my wife and she is now giving me oral sex. That is acceptable to me (and her since I am a good lover to her) I just don't want it to get any worse. I am going to another Doctor soon for a second opinion. Will let you know how things turn out. "
