I had a Radical Prostectomy many years ago followed by Radiation. I am completely unable to attain an erection. I have tried all prescription drugs with no success. I am currently using a Vacuum Device, which somewhat works. The erection is not really hard and doesn't last very long, It is also very inconvenient to put on. I am thinking of getting an inflatable implant and was looking for advise. Does anyone out there have any experience with this? If so, please let me know.
