Hey guys,
Well, I guess I tried to make love with a girl last night, for the first time since 1997, and my suspicions were true about not being able to achieve an irrection. She tried licking me, rubbing me, I tried licking and rubbing her, but I either couldn't get hard at all, or wouldn't keep an irrection long enough for penetration. Its as if I'd get a little bit of an irruption, not completely, but then loose it as soon as I'd start to insert my penis in her vagina. Is there anything I can do about that? My doctor thinks its from my toprol XL blood pressure medicine, so we tried viagra, and several other medications like that... He gave me samples to try, because that Viagra stuff is expensive, $180 for like 15 pills er something like that. I'm like geez thats rediculously high! and medicare doesn't cover any of it, not even a dime. does anyone have any suggestions? I mean, we're both single, and we haven't known each other that long yet, so it kinda bothers her that I can't get hard, as if its her fault or something, and I don't want her to feel like that, ya know what I mean? for I know its not her, I play with myself and still have the same problem. I thought it was just because I didn't have a girl around to touch me, so I kinda ignored it, until now. Now I have someone to hug and touch me and I still can't get hard, and its driving me crazy! :( most people tell me "oh your just getting old" well what does that have anything to do with it? what about ginseng herbal remedy, has anyone tried that for this problem? I don't know where to get it from, but a friend of mine said it works good for keeping an irrection as a person ages, is that true? and where would u get it at? just hope its not expensive, I don't have a job and I'm on disability.

You have a certain degree of impotance caused by your blood pressure medication. your girl still turns you on but it's like the connection has been broken. Viagra fixes that connection.
Ask your doctor to give you Viagra samples because you cannot afford them. Most doctors will be happy too as long as they have them. Some insurances will pay for 4 or 5 per month. If 50 mil works for you then make sure you get a script for 100 mil and you can break them in half. Hope this helps.

I have the same problem.I take a lot of psych meds fo my bipolar illness. I thimk some of them cause me to be impotent. I haven't had a good sexual experience for twenty years. I get so depressed at times about the whole thing. I wish there was something that could help. I haven't tried viagra because I also cannot afford it. Good luck in your search for a cure.
