ED caused by Hypertension/Diabetes

My husband has ED as a result of hypertension and diabetes and the medications he takes to control those conditions. I'd like to hear from anyone who has experienced this situation and to know if ED got better with lifestyle changes to be healthier (i.e. weight loss, exercise).

Thanks!

" Impotence is the main reason behind ED. Sexual issues leads to stress and depressions. The blood motion is sustained which could cause some serious issues of cardiovascular system. For more information on ED visit men's health website MedStoreRx-The Online Healthcare. "

" I think that is a bit strong. One can have a certain amount of ED and still have children. Impotence sounds so final. I don't think it is as simple as that. There are many reasons for ED which have been discussed already on this site.

Some of the reasons are, porn, health reasons, age, drinking and pressure due to work or whatever. I still thoroughly enjoy sex even with ED. If it is time for IC then yes I will need stimulation from my wife to maintain erection. Apart from that I still enjoy the sex we have and always climax with or without ED. "

" #14 Interesting view Tony

My partner can't get hard without stimulation, only stays hard for a minute or so of I/C and can't stay hard long enough to climax thru I/C. He can only climax when I give him oral and when I masturbate him.

But he still says he doesn't have ED, he says he just can't keep it up as long as he used to!

Denial lol! "

" Hi Honey,

Has your man tried a cock ring? Might keep him erect long enough for IC. "

" I've tried those rings. She is not enamoured with them for some reason. I have them but have forgotten about them. They were for her not me.

Honey he seems happy because of what you are doing but what about you?

My wife can actually climax with me lying on her and just rubbing the parts whilst kissing her neck, not even penetration. We can have proper IC sometimes. Depends how it goes.

She is not happy with oral which I was trying to cultivate to make up for it. Doesn't feel comfortable with it. "
