I just recently had my first bad experience sexually, where I lost my erection before penetrating my girlfriend for the first time. She made me feel very bad and awkward about it like I wasn't a normal man and she was pretty upset I started her up and didn't finish. She kind of put the pressure on me that if it kept happening, she was going to see other guys. I've never had this problem in the past, but now if I try and have sex with her that is all I seem to focus on, and I have so much anxiety and worry about it that I either don't get an erection or I get a weak one and end up ejaculating extremely fast. I obviously am never going to feel comfortable around this partner but now I am stressed, depressed, and have a lot of anxiety and am not getting morning erections, or any erections during the day, and not seeming to have any desire for sex. I am also extremely nervous that this is going to happen with my partners in the future. Does anyone have any advice about this?

" First of all... dont panic. All guys have this happen to them every now and again. And she sounds like a first class bitch- drop her like a hot potato... although just as a pointer... when my H finishes too fast or cant get it up... I appreciate very much when he uses other means to pleasure me.

You need to go to the doctor, as a precaution... especially since your morning erections have stopped. they need to test your FREE testosterone AND your TOTAL testosterone. Write that down and make sure they test both. And then when they get the results- dont let them say it was "normal". You need the actual number results. Normal t is 160ish to 1000 for men ages 18 to 100! I dont think it makes sense that an 18 yr old would fall into the same category as a 100 year old. Many doctors dont know much about this- especially in younger men... they actually refused to test my 27yr old H but it turned out to be his problem after we demanded they do it. He was diagnosed with diabetes at the same time... ED is the first symptom of many health issues so this is why you need to just suck it up and head to the doctor. its just a blood test- no poking around in your pants. So they should also test your blood sugar levels.

Once you have a clean and normal bill of health then you can KNOW its purely mental. If this is the case then she has just screwed with your head and it will take time and some therapy to help with this. You just have to know its normal and even if its health related it isnt your fault. I have never made my H feel bad about it. Cialis, Viagra, or Levitra can help in either case. And if its all mental, the drugs can help until you get your confidence back. Take care of yourself! "

" You wouldn't have that problem with a more caring and patient woman. I agree with sleeping "
